  3. Pick up an appropriate glass container, fold exotic fruits, add sugar and pour vodka.
  4. Place the bottle in a dark, warm place for 2 weeks. Every day, the mass needs to be shaken so that the granulated sugar dissolves faster, and the aroma and taste of the kumquat pass into the tincture.
  5. Then the alcoholic drink must be removed from the sediment, filtered and poured into clean glass containers.
  6. Place the bottles in a cool place without access to light.

  • fresh fruits;
  • alcohol on demand.

Infusion process:

  1. Fresh kumquats are washed with warm water to wash off not only dirt, but also the coating with which the fruit is treated to increase shelf life.
  2. After the golden oranges are dry, cut them into 2 pieces and fold them tightly into a jar of the correct size.
  3. Pour the fruits with the selected alcohol so that they are all covered.

  5. Shake the contents of the jar every 4-5 days.

Ginger itself is a medicinal product for many diseases. It can be used to make a healthy kumquat tincture. Moreover, the fruits are needed dried.

Ingredients:

  • dried kumquat - 10 pcs.;
  • honey - 500 ml;
  • vodka, moonshine or alcohol diluted to 50% - 500 ml;
  • ginger - 50 g (less).
