  • half a kilo of dried apricots;
  • two glasses of granulated sugar;
  • a quarter teaspoon of a whole clove;
  • two tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • four persimmons (large).

The process of preparing a treat is as follows:

  1. The washed dried apricots are transferred to a clean pan, filled with water and boiled for 20 minutes.
  2. Then the dried apricots are ground through a sieve and transferred to the pan again.
